Structural and Garden Accent Retaining Walls

Patrick Grant Designs Landscape Design and Build, is experienced and certified to build all types of retaining walls — from smaller aesthetic accent walls and functional seat walls, to large structural walls that hold up a hillside, level or terrace a backyard, or hold up a driveway. Our structural walls are carefully built with drainage and Geogrid™. Geogrid is a flexible, synthetic mesh which is manufactured specifically for use within retaining walls to reinforce and stabilize soils.

Retaining walls can be build creatively based on special needs and desires. Walls can range from small areas used for a hidden hot tub or fire pit, or large structural walls that convert unusable sloping and steep property into a functional and enjoyable space.

Landscape Brick Pavers
Landscape brick pavers have become a staple in most of our designs. With proper construction techniques, these high-density concrete pavers can be used anywhere — from a sidewalk or patio to a driveway. There exists a wide variety of paver styles and patterns, ranging from refined to tumbled "old world" styles. There are also many color blends, allowing pavers to be tied to or contrasted with any type of building architecture.
